GAMBIN Ventures provides AI automation, workflow, and implementation services. We are not a licensed accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, legal, tax, or financial-advisory firm, and nothing we provide is accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. Where our automations support functions such as payroll preparation or bookkeeping, responsibility for the underlying figures, filings, payments, and professional sign-off remains with you and your own qualified professionals.
When we work together, you may give us access to systems, accounts, and information to deliver the services. We treat this seriously:

Any reviews or testimonials shown reflect the genuine experiences of real clients, shared publicly or with their permission. They belong to the Business and/or their authors and may not be copied or republished without written consent. Individual results vary, and a testimonial is not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
We make no warranty that the Content is complete or current. Any prices, package figures, time-savings, and cost or revenue examples shown on this website are illustrative estimates only — they are not offers and not guarantees. Booking a call or sending us a message is a request only and does not create a binding engagement until we confirm it in writing. Please don't submit information that isn't yours to share.
Information you provide (such as your name, email, phone, business details, and what you tell us about your needs) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we handle it consistently with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We use third-party tools (for example, scheduling and email) to operate the business; these providers process information on our behalf. You may ask what information we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@gambinventures.com.
AI-assisted communications. GAMBIN Ventures uses an AI assistant named Emily, powered by Atlas AI, to handle inbound enquiries, answer common questions, and schedule appointments on our behalf. Emily does not claim to be a human. If asked directly whether she is an AI, she will say so. Any personal information collected during an AI-assisted interaction (such as your name, phone number, or email) is handled under the same PIPEDA-consistent practices described above and is used solely to respond to your enquiry or book your appointment. You may request that a human team member follow up instead by emailing info@gambinventures.com at any time.
This site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as scheduling, email, fonts, social media, or review platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
This website and its Content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI systems can occasionally produce errors and are provided as tools, not as a guarantee of any specific result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Business is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
